- Keeping track of time sheets and invoice terms, Payment terms.
- Should be a PRO in Excel.
- Required in India to help with Accounts Receivable tasks as well as some project administrative duties.
- This unique position is kind of a hybrid role candidate we are looking for will work mostly on AR and Accounting tasks, however, there are other responsibilities such as PO request submission on client portal and Purchase Order management where he/she has to act as a liaison between Accounting and Operation department.
- Accurate & timely completion of Payroll Processes for US clients - Weekly, Bi-weekly, Semi-Monthly pay periods as per pay hours.
- Creation & verification of new hires, entry of exits/terminations.
- Maintain compliance with existing US tax laws.
- Preparation of Timesheet Follow-up tracker, client wise, and dropping follow-up email.
- Other duties assigned by the Manager.
