Job Summary:
- An experienced, reliable and task-oriented Data Entry operator/Front Desk Executive/Receptionist. The Data Entry operator/Front Desk Executive/Receptionist will work directly with the internal team and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. The candidate should be able to use a systematic approach of work.
Job Description(Responsibilities and Duties):
- Coordinate communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
- Follow ups (Internal team and external clients/vendors)
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal both English and Hindi)
- Prepare corporate documents for team members and industry partners
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
- Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Drafting Emails and letters
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
Job Specification:
- Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience as an Front Desk Executive/Data Entry Operator reporting directly to senior management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent follow up skills to collect outstanding documents from government organizations
- Keep the front Desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pen, form, paper, etc.)
- Greet and Welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated record and files
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
