Job Summary:

  • An experienced, reliable and task-oriented Data Entry operator/Front Desk Executive/Receptionist. The Data Entry operator/Front Desk Executive/Receptionist will work directly with the internal team and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. The candidate should be able to use a systematic approach of work.

Job Description(Responsibilities and Duties):

  • Coordinate communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
  • Follow ups (Internal team and external clients/vendors)
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal both English and Hindi)
  • Prepare corporate documents for team members and industry partners
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
  • Arrange corporate events to take place outside of the workplace
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Drafting Emails and letters
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele

Job Specification:

  • Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience as an Front Desk Executive/Data Entry Operator reporting directly to senior management
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Excellent follow up skills to collect outstanding documents from government organizations
  • Keep the front Desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pen, form, paper, etc.)
  • Greet and Welcome guests
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated record and files

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
