We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Executive. A target driven Sales Professional with considerable sales experience to join our field sales Business Development team. Selling our service to potential partners is fundamental to the future growth of the business and we are looking for someone passionate about driving this forward. You will be speaking to Asset Managers, property professionals, Landlord’s, and SMEs about optimizing their parking income, managing and enforcing their car park amongst other services we offer.
Responsibilities For Sales Executive
- The Ideal candidate will have the willingness to pick up the phone, engage and meet new business contacts, help and understand what it takes to drive our company to the next level.
- The candidate would be required visit to potential customers/companies.
- Signing multi-site deals with large Client-side Real Estate operators, Property Companies and Landlords.
- Providing financial forecasts and presenting detailed proposals to stakeholders
- Taking ownership of deals from client origination to signing.
- Promoting the organization’s services.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our service.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Actively and positively participate in daily and weekly staff meetings.
- Managing and tracking the sales process using our CRM system.
- Iterating and optimizing the sales process.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers.
- Actively and positively participate in morning and weekly staff meetings.
- Providing outstanding customer service and product knowledge to clients.
- Working closely with the Operations team.
- Enjoy pitching, negotiating and closing new business.
Requirements and skills
- 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive (Preferably in the parking industry).
- Good experience of computers, emails/internet with good typing skills.
- Exceptional knowledge of key cities and towns.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel & ability to use CRM systems (e.g. Zoho CRM or Salesforce).
- Using own initiative to source new leads.
- Managing your diary in an organized manner.
- Financially literate and proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Good in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Self-starter, highly driven with a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
- Proven ability to balance competing priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects.
- Comfortable pitching and presenting to client-side Asset Managers and Landlords with minimal direction.
