We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with their queries, share updates on their orders, finding the best and quickest way to resolve an issue.
Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator and someone who can think on their feet to come up with a way to offer a resolution.
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
- Compiling updates on books and products from publishers/ vendors and communicating them to subscribers.
- Analyzing based on conversations with customers in all the fields that need work, taking product feedback and ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Requirements
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
