Job Description:

The Business Lead will be responsible for implementing the consumer growth strategy to enable the company to grow, thrive and maintain a healthy financial position in the market specific to the category. The business lead is expected to understand and execute initiatives and tactics to grow accounts and improve funnel conversion.

Responsibilities:

  • Cross-selling and upselling Refyne's product to existing customers.
  • Make Outbound calls
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Recommends solutions to issues in constructive ways.
  • Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources.
  • Conducts daily follow-ups on older leads and works on new leads.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Is energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.

Requirements:

  • Ability to learn about products and explain them to customers
  • Must be able to help increase the company's Business.
  • Must be comfortable working in sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹42,000.00 per month
